At Under The Kōwhai Tree, each piece is handcrafted with aroha and intention. As our taonga are handmade and often one of a kind, we ask that you read our policy carefully before purchasing.

🌸Change of Mind

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully when purchasing your Hei Tiki or Taonga.

🌿Custom Orders

All custom Hei Tiki pieces are made especially for you.

For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

🚚 Shipping

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

 

 

However, we will always do our best to support you in resolving any issues.

🌿 Care Responsibility

 

Our Hei Tiki are made from polymer clay and, while durable, they must be handled with care.

 

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Dropping or bending
• Water exposure (swimming, showering)
• Chemicals (perfume, soap, etc.)
• General wear and tear
