🌿 UNDER THE KŌWHAI TREE – SHIPPING POLICY

All pieces from Under The Kōwhai Tree are handcrafted and packaged with aroha in Kerikeri, Northland, Aotearoa.


📦 Shipping Information

All UTKT taonga are carefully packaged and shipped from rural Northland, New Zealand.

New Zealand Shipping

  • NZ Tracked Shipping – $9.00
  • NZ Rural Tracked Shipping – $14.00

Australia Shipping

  • Australia Tracked Shipping – $19.00

All New Zealand and Australian orders are sent with tracking.


🚚 Dispatch Days

As UTKT is based in rural Northland, orders are dispatched twice weekly:

Tuesday and Friday

  • Orders received before a dispatch day will usually be sent on the next scheduled dispatch day.
  • Orders placed after a dispatch day will be sent on the following dispatch day.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand

  • Standard delivery: approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Rural delivery: please allow an additional 1–3 working days.

Australia

  • Approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or courier delays.

Every UTKT taonga is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Where possible, packaging materials are selected to protect your taonga during transit while reflecting the values of Under The Kōwhai Tree.


⚠️ Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery services are the responsibility of the courier provider.

While Under The Kōwhai Tree cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes, we will always do our best to assist with tracking enquiries and delivery issues where possible.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the courier company to help resolve the issue.
